If he kills everyone Bran will be vulnerable anyways. Not like he can run away so why in the world would he just go straight for him. Bastards have no rights. Neither Dany or Jon have any claim whatsoever. They have as much of a claim as Prince Charles or the Queen of England does over America. Cersei's only claim was through her children and even then she never had the right to sit the Iron Throne. Also the only reason Robert got it was because of his Targaryan blood. The better blood claim as Ned put it. So Dany and Jon actually have a better claim then both if that was the basis for putting Robert on the throne.
