I think it's the best assassins creed game I've played and feels more like an rpg than anything else in the series. The tasks and missions feel a little less repetitive and the different islands are pretty neat. The Spartans and Athenians controlling different islands and the massive battles to win control from the ruling side is a blast. Really impressed by a game I was initially planning to skip all together. Much less sneaky assassin stuff in this game but I'm enjoying the switch. You wind up doing stuff for both sides throughout the story and any island is occupied by either side and you can basically assassinate a leader and then do a huge battle and change it to the side. There’s still plenty of that imo but it depends on you. Origins got a lot of hype but it didnt really do it for me that much. This is pretty great, it feels pretty close to a real RPG and the world feels pretty huge. I hate the crafting weapons and open world.. I even liked the tactic ones or the romance of the 3 kings strat game.. 9 is just aids and not appealing at all.
