Getting rid of attempting to get rid of everyone for draft picks is a clear decision that we aren't competing for Oakland. We're competing for Vegas. The Raiders are going to be a mess for a minute. Finally a fan not using emotions here.. Gruden is gonna clean house and we are going 4-12 this season. I’ve come to terms with it and already accepted it. More worrying is why he left the rookie tackles on a island for so long, no max protect, chipping etc, he nearly got Carr killed.
