He took less money because other clubs don't believe he'll be as effective outside the Ravens' defense and no longer playing next to Roquan Smith. Anything else from him is just cope. The Steelers are literally one of the only teams in the AFC that don't have a franchise QB or young upside QB- and the last one they did draft sucked. For him to have stealthily played 30% of defensive snaps on last year's great D means the coaches already must trust him a fair amount. Nice to see progress by the young defenders.
