Basically the PM James sent you tells you your role for the game. It's either green, red, or blue which signifies your team (typically referred to as Town, Mafia, and Other). Mafia knows who each other are. Town doesn't. Night will be called at a certain time (determined by host; today it's Wednesday at 10PM EST). Whoever has the most votes at that time will be killed. At that time, many roles will have a move of some sort that will give them info/protect someone/kill someone/etc. This is all explained in your PM. If you don't have a move, you don't do anything at night. Generally, posting is not allowed during night. Host will end night with a write up of who was killed and sometimes other information. At that time, the next day will start and the process starts again. Basically, if you're town (green colored PM), then you want to vote for who you think is mafia.
