He's got the athleticism to cover, sure. Put him in a 4/3 and let him get better in more open space.

Maybe it's because he's old and he knows he's gonna be done soon. But his want to make everyone around him better (regardless of gender/race/etc. and job title) is awesome.

Maybe, maybe not. But if they have female candidates they're interviewing for coaching positions, or any position for that matter, I would hope they hire who they feel is the best candidate for the job, regardless of sex.
