KellChippy
Your rankings look good. I’d probably swap Tomlin with Anthony Lynn and put Garrett lower personally.
tom cody
That's a good list. I think I'd have Zimmer in my top 10 though with Tomlin being replaced.

Give me the guy that’s 2-0 over McVay with both being on the road & a recent SB title.

Going by this logic, Mike Shanahan is better than Bill Belichick because Shanahan is 5-4 including the playoffs. Pederson inherited a solid and well-ran franchise and works with one of the best GMs in the league.. McVay inherited a team that was a joke for over a decade and his GM was the genius who thought Tavon Austin was worth 4 years/$42 million. patriotsheatyan
Pederson and McVay both inherited sub .500 teams that virtually everyone agreed were better than their record, and if anything I think the consensus at the time was that Rams had underachieved worse than the Eagles. Chip Kelly literally sabotaged that team just a year prior he got rid of a lot of our best talent and we had to restart.

Howie Roseman was demoted for no good reason and Chip Kelly decided to completely gut our team because of "culture". Howie Roseman was then reinstated a year later after how abysmally Chip handled the team and had to go clean up Chip's mess. Go read about it.
