Since he was on our roster most recently, we are the only team that can sign him to our practice squad. Any other team would first have to sign him to their active roster (including Baltimore). Great pickup by us but I feel like he'd be a pro bowler if he was on another team that could actually hold a lead and not have to pass all the time because they're not always playing from behind.
