He was not a fan of several questions that we asked him. Depending on who you ask he either refused to ask questions, answered monosyllabic, swore at the interviewer, or walked out.

Consensus is it was a disaster

You mean he wasn’t...

Polite?

Nah. I want to argue with him about it until we're grey and old. Still pissing everyone else off when it invades every random thread that has nothing to do with it lol

You gotta be a better man than that.  Keep the high ground.  Don’t rub it in.

@Packerraymond, admit that trade sucked.

He was the 68th pick... The 4th pick in the 3rd round.

I can't remember a pick that getting getting cut.

I think the vikes picked Gilbert Brown in the 3rd round and cut him his rookie year (LOL- the stupid vikes!)... It's the only reference I got.

Vikes picked Demetrius Underwood in the 1st.

Maurice Clarett was a 3rd rounder too.

I googled it and found a reddit thread.  https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/2d403h/whos_the_highest_drafted_rookie_to_ever_be_cut_by/

I will admit it .. that trade was a disaster.  We gave away a quality player for a guy that can't play dead.  When we made the deal I thought it was much closer to fair than it actually turned out.  I assumed Kizer would improve .. he did not.  I assumed Randall was a talented head case who would never really get it.  He's actually improved.  Gute got fleeced!

Yeah, Underwood. The vikes again- LOL!... Atleast that was a mental health thing, so it wasn't just based on football ability.

Clarett could have been in the 3rd round. I think he was the 100th pick in the draft. I seem to remember that.

@Norm, we have finally been vindicated.

@Packerraymond, it’s time you admit that was a ****ty trade.

I still wouldn't say it was a ****ty trade. We were going to cut him, so they took a shot on a qb with an awful coach. It didn't work out but better than just releasing

What's 1000% worse is how they used Randall
