We can also trade him right away with on restricioms. Don't mind the move. Slightly overpaid but its a 1 year deal. We needed a flexible wing can defend a few positions, dribble and shoot. Thompson would be most logical/ideal but not sure he'd wanna be 3rd fiddle if he did actually leave golden State. But adding an elite shooter who is good defensively would be perfect fit. Why is this being brought up now? This news is like a month old, well at least speculation wise. Can't see anything making it super duper official as of recently either way.
