Maybe actors can work X amount of scenes on other movies if they're hired as a lead, but X+Y amount of scenes if nobody wants them as a lead and their schedule clears up. As long as the number is known before we start it would be OK. You have to hire director, composer, editors, the full shabang. Maybe bidding on these, with some people being able to work X amount of movies per year (per draft). would be really fun. It's a lot of work, I'd be willing to help out.
