Schools like Tennessee and Nebraska get overranked by services because they take 25-30 guys every year and process a bunch of the guys to make up for it. Michigan's OOC schedule was Middle Tennessee, Army and Notre Dame. Tennessee's was UAB, Georgia Tech, Chattanooga and Georgia State. Michigan beat Iowa and Notre Dame, Tennessee beat nobody of note. Even Navy pulls recruits from the state- we have 10 players on our roster from Tennessee, and that's where we found Keenan Reynolds. Tennessee with their history should have a stranglehold on some of that talent, but there is quite a bit of it available, and part of that is because of their recent results on the field. That and the brilliant combo of Dooley and Butch. At least Pruitt is showing promise in regards to developing players, which we haven't had in a decade.
