Nothing? Make like ObiWan and take the high ground. These guys are proud because of the amount of work they had to put in. But they underestimate what good coaching does, learning new techniques, even new training regimens can go a long way. I would simply ask if he thinks coaching has had no impact on his career. Well, he isn't going to be the DC, so not sure it matters. He's done pretty well with LBs, which I assume is where he would coach. Helped Coakley, Nguyen, and Cameron Wake transition to NFL.
