The other element is the amount of money Williams wants in his contract, and the number of years. The Vikings will need to get a contract that will be workable with their cap, which will be a problem if what Williams has wanted won't come down to something more friendly to The Vikings, because they'll have problems being under the cap, EVEN if they're able to trade off Anthony Harris, and replace him with a rookie or a cheap veteran on a try-it contract.
