So Holland will be shopping for a top 6 winger that can score. Hopefully he doesn’t spend it all. It would be nice if he managed to get the team some cap space for the future. Although the future doesn’t look great with Nurse up first. RNH will need a new deal although I’m not sure if he will be getting much of a raise. Shaw is coming off the best year of his career, and his salary is sub 4m AAV with 3 years left. Possible that they just wanted to try and sell high (27 years old, had only scored 30 points twice in his career before last year's career high). Yeah, a lot of these are going to be horrific. The Duchene term is too long, but aav is great. However, if the Panarin deal is the ballpark for Hall, I think we may be better off trading him. With his injury history, that deal would be brutal to have on our books. I love Hall but, damn.
