biggie. Posted June 27, 2021 Share Posted June 27, 2021 (edited) Not gonna lie, I'm a total hockey newb but always been interested in getting into the sport more. I like how it's the least politcized and commercialized of the Big 4, it's fast-paced (not stop-and-go like gridiron football) but remains a very methodical game (has the same speed as basketball, but being down one goal is huge) and there's hardly any drama queen players. Most of the fans I've met are very knowledgeable of the game and aren't just casuals. Plus, the Stanley Cup is by far the coolest trophy out of them all.
