beekay414
I hate that, in both games, they waited until they were down multiple goals to start playing their game. Quit playing tight and just go balls to the wall. What do you have to lose?

Forge
So just to recap - We've outshot them 45- 26, including a stretch where we didn't allow a SOG in over 5 minutes. We've seriously spent about 14 of the 20 minutes in the third period in the attack zone. We've hit the post twice. We had a goal that may have been a goal but there was no visual evidence to know that it ever crossed the line. Lovejoy take a completely unnecessary delay of game penalty leading to a powerplay goal. Lovejoy randomly falls down in front of the net allowing an easy put back goal. Vatanen puts one into his own net.

We probably should have won this one. We were just stupid in this game and a little unfortunate. Vasilevskiy also has made some critical saves. Oh, and I forgot to mention the breakaway that Wood had that he just lost the handle on and never got a shot on goal from what I saw. roysmyboy31
Pastrnak having a monster series for the Bs. Boston firing on all cylinders offensively in the first two games. Leafs have to do a better job neutralizing them at their end. Toronto's PK really has let them down so far. Toronto did show some good things to build off of later in the game. Boston got a few breaks early and capitalized and it was too much of a deficit to overcome.
TwoToneBlue
2 games in a row, Wilson helps us tie up the game with a dumb penalty. Thanks bro.
roysmyboy31
Columbus proving to be as challenging for Washington as I thought they would. Really well-rounded and deep team and I've always liked Tortorella as a coach.

But Toronto is killing themselves in the defensive end. Not getting pucks out, not keeping track of guys cycling. Still, the Bruins are creating a bunch of great chances and they have the hottest line in hockey. Watching these guys have so much chemistry is a true pleasure. TwoToneBlue
Goal CBJ! Gotta stop this 2-0 deficit thing.
TwoToneBlue
CBJ up 4-3 going into the 3rd period. Gonna be tough to hold the Caps off. Should be good hockey to watch for you all.
TwoToneBlue
Also, we need a full time guy to stand with Ovechkin in his spot during the power play
