I disagree. Haskins at least presents the idea we might throw deep no matter how rare. Smith means you play the checkdown.

One note: the third option is when the conversion distance is less than 5 yards.

My definition of deep is a 40-50 yard pass which is certainly not going to happen again.

This offense is sad! Our starting QB is playing on 1 good leg! I guess he’s our best option. Wow!

There is a clear difference in putting up 300 yards against the Ravens than against the Giants this year.
