For very different reasons, but it’s going to take an incredible job by a first time head coach to get either spot to work out long term while you’re still learning your own new job. Again, I think that working with Deshaun Watson is such a good opportunity. I think they are out of the hole in 2 seasons, and you have the most difficult to find and important piece already in place. Any GM would have to know that we aren't winning for a couple of seasons, so if we can get reasonable internal goals in place and met we could turn it around.
