The_Slamman Posted December 22, 2020 Share Posted December 22, 2020 Im the worlds biggest believer in quality DL depth, rotating guys, etc. Other than QB, there’s no other position group that can singlehandedly dominate a game like a dream DL. The thing is that we are probably an elite 1tech away from having a decent DL. We’ve got depth at 3T. We’ve even got depth at the ends assuming we re-sign Smith. Meaning, they more or less knew he couldn’t actually hold up anymore. He can re-sign for the minimum or whatever like he’s said he wants to on social media, but it’s more likely he just gets hurt again than it is he puts up 5+ sacks.
