No one could have succeeded on that team. He still played pretty decently considering the 49ers were easily the worst team last year. He can be a backup somewhere, he's just too much of a media attraction to be worth the roster spot. The same thing happened to tebow (Media wise, playing wise they're different players) and it will probably continue to happen to Kaep until it dies down a lot more. But eh Kaep made like what 60 million in off of his contract with the 49ers? He doesn't need to play anymore if he doesn't want to so that might be another thing. coors
It's nauseating that he's still on the market.

It's partially because of all these fans who call their teams and let them know how butthurt they'll be if Kaep is signed. Ironically, many from this demographic bemoan "snowflake" culture. Doublethink is real folks. I still think he gets signed early in the pre-season.

The guy is a top 32 QB without a doubt.. yet he can't even get a nibble as a backup.

He's getting nibbles. The Seahawks and the Ravens are definitely floating out test bubbles to gauge public reaction, and other teams are playing close attention to be sure. At a certain point, he'll be too tempting for a team to ignore.

J-ALL-DAY
So what headache and drama does he bring? Dude never gets in any off the field trouble and by all means is a quiet guy that keeps to himself in the locker room. His only real beef or drama within the team was supposedly with Aldon Smith. After the first couple of games that he started last year that got a lot of media attention, the noise was pretty much quiet after that.

I think it's wonderful. If he was actually talented he'd have a job. We've had players that have murdered people (Leonard Little) come back and play because they had talent that teams wanted. He should go to the Canadian football league if he wants to play that bad.

You're saying you don't think he's talented enough to have at least 1 of 64 positions?

J-ALL-DAY
So I see the word headache continues to be thrown around. Could you explain what kind of "headache" he would be to the Vikings?
