As a unit, I do think we need to develop a more coherent strategy. It's tough walking into this midway through BUT... we should focus on the position groups we want to improve and then identify the key players. If someone is BPA that pulls us off of that plan, so be it. Not necessarily saying "lets draft for need" as much as what do we want this team to look like, how are we going to get there and who is going to help us.
