Vrabel has his flaws, but we saw where he could take this team. Tennessee is a legit top 3-5 team in the AFC with Vrabel - and that was the gutsy call, bringing in a position coach who failed at his coordinator role. Division is sort of treading water - Jax trending up, Houston trending down, and Indy is still in that "most likely to end in 2nd/Compete for a WC" spot.
