I didn’t know anyone was this broken up about the loss of Josh Oliver lol

Loss is a strong word, its like being upset about throwing away burnt toast....I mean you had "hope" for a once fresh piece of bread but after a while you have to cut your losses and give it to the dog

why can Tebow have a shot and Kaepernick can't?  It's stupid to sign a 30+ year old who has 0 experience as a te ever and hasn't played since the jets fiasco.

How about Marquette king who's an elite punter but yet no one gives him a shot.

If I'm a player on the jags and I see my hc trying to bring his boy in who has 0 business in even getting a nfl contract I'm telling baalke to trade me or cut me.

How many national championships did Kaepernick win for his college coach?  That buys you some equity when your college coach is hired to be an NFL coach.

Kaepernick was given a tryout and team representatives flew in from all over the country to give him a chance.  He acted like a knucklehead and bungled his chance.  I don't feel a bit sorry for him.

These are two completely different prospects and there is very little you can use to make a comparison.

Seems you had no problem denying his value when the trade was made. 🤷‍♀️

Cuz the expectation was we were going to sign u know a legit te wether that was Henry or Everett or even junno smith but instead baalke/Meyer were sitting on the toilet not doing a single thing to help te outside of signing a blocking te.

It's more the fact ur gonna sign a guy who has 0 upside as a te for the future while trading a guy who has some solid potential(wether he reaches it due to his durability problems remains to be seen) for a conditional 7.

Tebow as a joker has more potential than Oliver as a TE in my opinion.

Tebow isn't gonna be used in a taysom hill kind of role.

Says who? The F tight end in Urban’s scheme does a lot of that stuff already.

Yeah, as a Tebow fan I would enjoy it, but at the same time, you don't need a Taysom Hill type when you have Trevor Lawrence as your QB.

This reasoning doesn’t make sense. Sorry. Brees has been a stud up until last year, and Hill had tremendous value. A good short yardage guy that can create some level of defensive game planning issues are valued. I don’t know if Tebow is remotely close to Hill but the Jags would be foolish if they didn’t take advantage of Hill if he was on their team.

I — for one — am excited to see everyone rage over the Kelvin Benjamin work out.

Biggest difference is that Benjamin hadn't been out the league since 2012 and Benjamin kinda has some relative experience in a pass catching role.
