Barnes is a better offensive player and shooter, plus he has playoff experience dating back to his time with the Warriors. Grant would be fine as well because he's bigger and probably better defensively but if living in SLC would be a deal breaker for him then it is what it is. Grant is also hurt and Barnes is not. His biggest strength (playing like he's in a pickup game) can also be his biggest weakness because he'll try to make a flashy play for his mixtape instead of just playing within the offense.
