the reality is this

we hate everyone and we deserve nothing good because we ruin it all by btching way too much way too early and its sent us down a spiral of constant panic decisions making us the joke of the league.

it sucks.

No personnel change was made because guys on internet forums are unhappy. It's because those "sky-is-falling" situations occur simultaneously with the sky actually falling. We'll always be the joke of the league if we let a coach who's won one game over the course of two years lead the charge.

He was just the QB coach though, who's to say he's any better at being a HC?

He could barely control the QB room with those two personalities. Do you think he can control an entire team? Good thing for him he only has to worry about Wentz.

I'm not going to let the fact he couldn't control JFF against him, there's only so much a coach can do.

He still is just a QB coach. John Harbaugh was only a ST coordinator before his gig with the Ravens. You pick guys who've excelled. That's it.

One of them had a personality and the other was Hoyer. How is that barely controlling the QB room? Let me see any coach reign in JFF and you have an amazing team no matter the other talent.

This isn't college or high school. Sure there are control issues in ever locker room, but game management and play calling are all always going to matter 1000% more. Players have to self police or they don't get paid. JFF didn't care because his family is loaded and he could coast off of his college infamy forever.

ST coordinators have to coordinate their schedules and players with both the offense and defensive staff. It gives them a more complete view of a team than a position coach.

I guess man, but it's not like the QB coach just gets to chill and say "nice pass" all practice.

Personnel changes are definitely impacted by how few people show up in the stands, the level of boos in the stadiums, the level of anger on our awesome talk shows.  the reactions to the talk shows encourage the talk show hosts to be even worse; to cause more strife and to yell louder.

we've tried every setup
we've tried a lot of coaches
we've tried every draft and free agent strategy
we've tried multiple owners
we've tried proxy owners (multiple times)

time we look in the mirror, bruh.

public opinion matters.  and our opinions always suck.

This should be a PSA printed in all local sports pages and read by call in show hosts.
