He called the right play and it worked. it was just dropped. As for the run. Literally every team in football with very few exceptions would run the ball on 3rd and 1 with a lead in the second half against the 30th ranked run defense. The problem for the Ravens is it really isn't clear where he is in the pile of bodies, so even if they challenged I don't think it would get overturned.
