Holding is 10 yards from the spot of the foul if it occurs downfield. So if it's 1st and 10 from the 25, and the offense commits holding on the 40 yard line, that's 10 yards from there, repeat the down, so you get 1st and 5 from the 30. Outside of him, the Bengals really haven't done a whole lot.
