One of these franchises will be joining some painful clubs:

If the Rams lose they would join the 4+ Super Bowl loss club alongside the Patriots, Broncos, Vikings and Bills

At kickoff, the Rams will be the 11th team to appear in at least five Super Bowls which will be tied for the 6th most appearances

If the Bengals lose they would join the 3+ Super Bowl loss club alongside the above teams plus the Cowboys, Dolphins and Rams

They would also remain in an even more exclusively painful club - the multiple Super Bowl losses with no wins - alongside the  Panthers, Falcons, Bills and Vikings

This would be most current Rams fans third Super Bowl loss to witness, but I'd guess for a lot of current Bengal fans may be their first.

AJ Green spent 10 years on the Bengals, only for him to walk in FA, them draft a WR in the first round, and then make the SB. That’s brutal.

He and a few other vets have to be kicking themselves for working their way off the team.  Then again, their attitude and locker room presence wasn't really great for team morale anyway.  Not that they were cancers.  Just that they didn't mesh well with the chemistry of the younger folks.

If AJ, Dunlap, Geno, et al has still been around, i'm confident in saying that the Bengals would not be in this super bowl.

Not shocking at all.  The bengals have been at this disadvantage in a large majority of their games this year.  Yet...

Okay, I get it. But the Rams are here too. Both teams have overcome the rest of their conferences. Football is played on the field, not on paper. But while the Bengals have been at that disadvantage, the Rams are literally #1 in pass rush win rate and pass block win rate. So that disadvantage just got bigger. Will that be what decides the game? Who knows. That all said, the team that dominates the trenches usually wins.

Against the got dam Cards and Niners too. Let’s hope it continues and Mixon doesn’t pop off.

The 9ers being the opponent part of this is impressive. But the rest is not. Its just saying the Rams had their franchise best game since last year.... Not that impressive.

Oh yeah? Straight hating like always… Murray Alone could run for 80+.. They ran for 127 against that insanely great Dallas D this year. IMPRESSIVE BIG DAWG!

BECAUSE MURRAY IS THAT DUDE!
