As for those wondering about the 3rd's, we get 2 for McDaniel(2022 & 2023), and 3 for Saleh/Mayhew(2021, 2022 & 2023), if/when DeMeco gets a HC gig, we'll get 2 for him, same if Ran Carthon gets hired as a GM, unless it's in the same year, then it's 3 total.
