I'm surprised to see some votes for Bo. He obviously had great straight-line speed and had some spectacular long TD runs, but he was never really an every-down back. I'm not sure he had the complete skillset including vision and patience that would give him the status of most talented.

Yards per carry - Brown 5.2 Sanders 5.0

Yards per game rushing - Brown 104.3 Sanders 99.8

Yards per reception - Brown 9.5 Sanders 8.3

Yards per touch - Brown 5.7 Sanders 5.1

TDs per games played - Brown 1.07 Sanders 0.71

Brown averaged over 100 yards rushing per game for 7/8 year stretch during a time where there was only 20ish passing attempts per game.

To put that in perspective--that is the same amount of 100 yd/gm year averages that Adrian Peterson, Jamal Charles, Shaun Alexander, Todd Gurley, Chris Johnson and Ladanian Tomlinson have combined.

Being 6'2" 232 in the late 50's and 60's  instead of 5'8" 203 in the 90's is part of their talent level.

If speed and quickness counts as talent then so does size and power.

Its Jim Brown and its not close.

Nice to see some Jim Brown love. He also had the most complete resume of this group with post season success.

Barry didnt get that many opportunities in the post season and Marshall didnt run that well in the post season.

Brown is the superior RB in every measurable: per touch, per carry, per anything.

That Barry got to rest at the goal line from time to time instead of getting pounded is supposed to make me think he was better?

Henry gets more credit for lots of carries today, not less credit.
