The Eagles have spent a lot of mid and late round picks on CBs the past year or so. Drafted McPhearson, Trade for Tay Gowan, Josiah Scott and Kary Vincent. I think they picked up McCain off of the Broncos practice squad. If they were going to take a CB this draft it was going to be early or not at all, in my opinion.
