That's literally the opposite of what he did......

Opposite of what? He DID keep 2 x 6th round picks right? He DID NOT use those picks or others to trade back into the 3rd tonight to get Dean. He had plenty of time, hard to watch.

It was his one and only chance to redeem himself from the disaster of giving GB and DET those WRs. You NEVER trade within your own division, especially when the cheeseheads were in a bad situation.  Asamoah better be the 2nd coming of christ or we got fleeced.

It seems like they really don't want to have to depend on the players drafted last year with a guard,  LB and safety drafted.

That is probably the right approach. But based on how Cine projects, he seems like a different type of player than Bynum who was a project safety day 3 pick anyway. Any chance Bynum could compete and potentially be a slot CB. Would be ideal to get the best five DBs on the field in nickel.

Davis, who knows with him. Though I thought he was a better run blocker than pass blocker coming out and isn’t Ingram better in pass protection than run blocking?

As for Surratt, he’s just a bad pick and very easily could be cut come training camp. But Spielman seemed to love those project types with upside and would them a round early.
