Terrible. Detroit has had a bad go all the way around since about 70s. At one point they were richest most prosperous city in entire world. Incredibly posh hotels and lavish living was seen throughout. There is a Time magazine photo essay on it somewhere. Didn't want anything to do with anything further even though everyone was trying to fight him. Like it was a chore and nothing personal. I probably would have done same.
