Low rent is nice, but a state of the art stadium is a massive asset to an prospective buyer. It's also funny to me how many people are willing to believe this nonsense coming from Spanos's sister about him being a misogynist. I honestly don’t see anything happening and this feels like his sister throwing a Hail Mary attempt after what happened last year. It will be interesting to see how much value a team has tied to their stadium and functionality there, vs being renters and not owning an arena to repurpose for non-football events.
