It took them forever to get offline franchises to not corrupted after year 5 last year. The sim stats are worse, too, although online seems a little high in some categories right now. It sounds like your issue is only being seen on XBox right now. Hopefully they get it patched in short order. Ya I don't remember the exact reason but I used to only do offline franchise and a few years ago switched to online cause it was better. I think it was that they weren't provided patches or updates to offline or something like that.

I don't have the understanding to know why that is, but that's what the devs say, and how it plays out. Online franchises can get an update weeks before it hits offline, and rarely need a new save for them to be implemented. Offline often needs you to start a new franchise. Online sims much faster, too. Downside is having to be connected to the servers, and getting kicked off if you sit the controller down for a while. MKnight82
So I'm hesitantly optimistic that this is fixed. I completed the draft again and it hasn't reverted back yet.

Wyld Stallyns
After making my last pick in the 7th round I skipped to next user pick and went directly to the draft recap screen and that was an online franchise.

Ty21
Aww is this dead then? Madden 23 starting out strong as expected. I think your qb was a generational talent X factor. Did the bears take that X factor tight end they were mocked to take? That would be hilarious if they did since they already have a promising Cole Kmet on the roster and signed too 5-10 tight end Mike Gesicki lol. I mean I can’t advance this at all so unless some patch fixes it ya it’s dead. Pretty ridiculous.
MKnight82
Ok I'm trying this again. I did the draft again, took all the same players, and then waited a few hours and it hasn't reverted back. So lets try to do some more of this.

Ty21
It’s often not a good idea to start a rookie too soon, for fear of affecting his confidence as he assimilates to the nfl. I’d give Lock the starting nod for a year or two.
