Should have promoted Kyle Smith to GM or hired Eliot Wolf as a GM and had them hire the coach and build the front office. As an Orioles fan, I am very impressed with how John Angelos hired a well-respected, young, bright baseball mind and unlike his dad, got out of the way. There’s 32 of these jobs. Snyder, for how bad he is, was able to hire Schottenheimer, Gibbs, Shanahan and Rivera. All big name guys. We also had KOC here waiting in the wings.
