GB also lost to NO badly in 2021, so not purely a divisional match up issue. It’s a week 1 issue. It’s not just a Green Bay thing. A lot of teams sleep walk thru week 1. My point is they moved division games to the last week of the season to make them matter. Well they should do AFC vs NFC in week 1, more and more teams are forgoing preseason. So unless as the nfl you want to punish those teams because it’s like, hey we gave you preseason… than fine. I just think it’s an issue when teams are afraid of injuries that week 1 should count but make it hold less importances than other weeks.
