Otherwise I don’t see how Messi is relevant here Whether you think it’s fair or not or if it’s right there are questions as to effectiveness and impact of Ronaldo on his teams as of now. I don’t think it’s fair though that we ignore that the guy is 37 and that he was the only thing really noteworthy for Portugal during his prime years. But things have changed.
