Some great matchups this week.

Alabama is currently -8 against Tennessee. Will be interesting to see if this shifts with the Young news of whether he plays.

Penn State is getting 7.5 against Michigan.

TCU is less than a FG favorite over OK State.

Miss State proved me wrong last week and are 7 point favorites over Kentucky. If no Levis, this should be good for them and the points.

BK's best bets

Baylor (-3.5) at West Virginia
Kansas (+9) at Oklahoma
Penn State at Michigan (-7)
Minnesota at Illinois (+6.5)
Cal (-15) at Colorado
Oklahoma State (+4) at TCU

I won my 5 game last week with the following:

Tenn -2.5 at LSU

TCU -6.5 at Kansas

South Carolina +10.5 at Kentucky

Wake -17.5 vs Army

Oregon -12.5 at AZ

No one else in my pool won so it was a massive cash out since I didn't split the pot.

This week I've got (so far):

Tenn +7.5 vs Bama

Texas -16.5 vs Iowa State (will probably change)

Clemson -3.5 at FSU

USC +3.5  at Utah

Cal -14.5 at Colorado

Going to review your picks and see if they'll influence me to change my mind. Would love to go back-to-back lol

JMU is still technically an FCS team this season. They are in the first year of their transition to FBS. They had to join the Sun Belt for all sports this year because of CAA bylaws. They won't be an FBS team until next season, and fully eligible until the season after that.

They arent really, though. They left the CAA completely and are considered a member of the Sunbelt (not FCS independent). They also have the full amount of scholarships and are playing an FBS schedule. This isnt like other FCS teams that have moved up and get unfair advantage by playing a half-FCS schedule while transitioning.and because of this, they can turn the "2 year transition" to one with NCAA approval.

I understand the eligibility rule and that they arent eligible per that rule, I just think since they actually meet the reqs in year 1, they should be eligible. Or at least they'll force a change and allow other teams that move up in the future be eligible if they meet scholarship and schedule reqs
