Jets OL AVT Out for the season with triceps injury

Having depth is one thing, but when 4 OTs go on IR (5 in total by Brown returned), its hard to be able to provide depth. AVT isn't even a RT but filled in effectively due to injuries.

It's hard on the pass protection which isn't good at all, effects our ability to do much if we get into bad situations. Now no Breece Hall either who was special.

AVT was a strong leader as well.  I suspect the Patriots game will be more of the free unblocked rushers coming in at the QB and instant pressure on the QB.

That’s probably his best ability right there. Flacco would have been toast on all of those. They need to take the training wheels off of him with Breece out.

It's hard for us to throw deep because our OL doesn't block well on pass protection, we have massive injuries on the OL and Tomlinson has not been good at LG.  He routinely misses blocks and leaves a guy coming flying in up the middle causing Zach to instantly have to run for his life.  I thought he was going to be better than he is. Herbig surprisingly is doing well at RG.

Elijah Moore needs to get his act together and back on the field, we need him more than ever.  Corey Davis is probably going to be out this week.

They need to roll him out more. More RPO’s. Somethin.

Two best players in the same game, because why not.

Just need to take one of the next 3 limp into the bye and hopefully they can get Fant and Mitchell back.  The OL once one of them gets back shouldn't be too bad.  At least there is a serviceable RT on the mend.  What a brutal day.

They tried naked boots and he was met with defenders right after the handoff pretty much every time. Whatever it is MLF is drawing up to beat the pass rush, it's not working.

Not just naked boots. Like a straight roll out to the right for an easy completion. You can tell he doesn’t look confident. Like on the throw to CJ over the middle. He faded away as pressure was coming forcing an inaccurate throw. Give him some easy throws and build that confidence back up.
