He flat out is not an NFL QB.

They were going over the bad days of he, Mac and Lawrence. They were still relatively effusive in speaking of Lawrence, but admitted he's probably a little capped.

They talked about Mac, admitted that he's a little broken mentally right now, but they didn't seem that down on him. But he's not right currently was the main issue

With Wilson it was just depressing lol. Talking about how he's just not even doing the right process, can't handle pressure, etc.

He can't even handle the idea of pressure at this point, and even when he's at his "best" it's still inherently limited, because he does not understand how to maneuver as a QB, he refuses to step up, which means he drifts laterally which cuts the field in half and completely denudes his ability to throw. And then all it takes is the inkling of a defensive player that might be moving near him and he bails, never resets his feet, and turns his back to the play. He's fundamentally not an NFL QB, because these mistakes are terrible, catastrophic process mistakes and he has made the exact same ones over and over every single game he's played as an NFL QB. He never gets better, he never shows signs of understanding what he did wrong.

I really thought Green Bay was going to have a nasty defense this season. I thought the offense would struggle, sort of how it has, but the defense was going to be so lights out that we wouldn’t see it on the record sheet. Sheesh.

McVay and Donold were ho-hum about "running it back." Stafford should have retired, but I can understand a free pay day. That team needs to be broken up. It was a one year job and the gamble paid off, but unfortunately the 3-4 year rebuild can that was kicked down the road can be kicked no more.
