And why would you give a guy 2-3 years when you can tell clear as day he has no idea what he's doing? I get he's a first year coach but this isn't the minor leagues learning on the job league its the NFL. Yea him not sending a message to the team and altering the defense (even if it doesn’t change dramatically) or ridding themselves of a poor defensive coach, doesn’t look good on him or the people in the front office.
