CP3MVP
This is another entry to my new series. The first was prime Ben to current QBs. How about prime Antonio brown, where would he rank among current wide receivers in the game? I’m thinking 2014-2018 Edited December 20, 2022 by CP3MVP
Superduperman
I mean, he'd be at or near #1 just like he was then. Am I way off to suggest Jamarr Chase as a comparison? Great size, speed, dynamic playmaking...
OkeyDoke21
He'd be the near unanimous number 1.
fluhartz
crazier than any of them
bigbadbuff
He’d be the best receiver in football
BlaqOptic
The only active WR I see being close to prime AB is Jettas...

DawgX
The best. Prime AB was absolutely insane.
sammymvpknight
Brown played with peak Hill…and Brown was better. I agree with others that he’d probably be #1, removing all recency bias
Soko
He’s be right in there with JJ, Hill, and Adams right now. They’re mostly interchangeable right now IMO.

Brown was washed by 2020 so comparing 2018 -> Rush Rush Rush Rush Rush Rece Rece Rece Rece Rece Rk Player Year G Att Yds TD Y/A Lng Rec Yds TD Y/R Lng 1 Antonio Brown 2018 15 0 0 0 0 104 1297 15 12.5 78 2 Tyreek Hill 2018 16 22 151 1 6.9 33 87 1479 12 17.0 75 Obv Brown was targeted more (Hill higher catch %) and ended with 2 more TDs, but 333 more yards for Hill makes it splitting hairs, at best. ------------------------------ Unless you are simply saying peak for peak Brown was better or broadly combining his prime (13-18), in which ignore all of this because I totally agree. But then I'm confused by the "played with peak Hill", because again, I think this might be Hill's best year tbh.
