A win would have clinched the No. 1 seed and made the decision for them about whether to play Jalen Hurts next week or not. But the Eagles had four turnovers, three of them by Gardner Minshew, and remain in need of one win to clinch the NFC East, a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. A report earlier in the day indicated that an Eagles’ loss to the Cowboys would push Hurts to return next Sunday against the Saints. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni: “If Jalen’s ready to go, Jalen will play." https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/12/24/nick-sirianni-if-jalen-hurts-is-ready-to-go-he-will-play-next-week/
SemperFeist
With the way the Eagles and Minshew played, even with the turnovers, they shouldn’t have any trouble beating the Saints next week without Hurts.

SotanKing
Dolphins and Tua just gifted the game to Packers...gosh so many dumb mistakes and those last couple of interceptions from Tua were atrocious. Atleast Vikes can end the Packers playoff hopes by winning in GreenBay next week

SkolMasterMN
Not bothered by the Packers win, as we can end their playoff hopes next week anyways. However, avoiding national media the next week may be neccesary, as they've been waiting for a reason to talk about the Packers again. vikesfan89
I guess the Vikings are going to have to take care of the packers themselves
vike daddy
With its playoff fate seemingly on the line, Green Bay was prepared to risk it all in Miami, going for it on fourth down a total of five times to produce the necessary 26 points on offense while its defense forced four turnovers to escape South Beach victorious. The Packers converted first downs on three of those five attempts and even went as far as faking a punt at midfield with the game tied early in the second frame, signaling the bold mindset of a team with its back against the ropes. Aaron Rodgers completed 24 of 38 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown and one INT, finding 10 different pass-catchers in a game where rookie wideout Christian Watson left midway through due to injury. As the Packers rigorously chipped away at a 10-point deficit in the second half, the secondary rattled off three straight INTs in the fourth quarter to keep hope alive in 2022. https://www.nfl.com/news/2022-nfl-season-week-16-what-we-learned-from-sunday-tripleheader
vike daddy
Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had a disastrous fourth quarter in Sunday’s loss to the Packers, throwing three interceptions in Miami’s 26-20 loss. Tagovailoa was just 4-of-8 passing for 48 yards with his three interceptions in the fourth quarter. Tagovailoa detailed the three picks after the game, saying the first was an overthrow, the second was a miscommunication, and the third — which came on the Dolphins’ last drive when the club had a chance for a go-ahead touchdown — was a poor throw. Tagovailoa: “It was just terrible how everything ended. Like I told the guys, that’s on me and I’ll definitely get better from that.” https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/12/26/tua-tagovailoa-it-was-just-terrible-how-everything-ended/
