I like the strategy of having several quality arms and letting things work themselves out in terms of roles. And so far, I think the strategy is playing out well. Also, Oquendo should remind him that the first basemen is NOT supposed to get into the way of the runners. I'm hoping to see Martinez log a few innings in the OF. He needs more seasoning at 1B. The velocity isn't all the way there yet and he still doesn't have the command of all his pitches. I think he'll get there, but he's still a few games or weeks away from being back to normal.
