You also don’t go into a season developing a young QB by shuffling deck chairs on your bad offensive line while largely ignoring your TE position that is most young QBs safety blanket. Rivera is his own worst enemy. By the same token, the DL has been together (more or less) for a few years now and is one of the better/best DL in the league. If this OL, which is running a new offense and also first year working with each other (new faces) was dominating the DL, I'd have A LOT more concerns about our Defense going into the season. We have 3 good outside corners. That is a luxury that allows for some nicks. Use them there. Quit trying to have them all on the field at once. We have a second round pick slot corner. Use him there.
