For Ohio State, you could probably add both guards, Donovan Jackson and Matthew Jones.  Jackson was a rare 5 star guard and might be an All-American next season. He's likely a 3rd-4th round prospect. Jones could go a round later.

Edit: forgot about the DBs. Denzel Burke might be a first rounder if he has a good season. Instant starter as a freshman and will declare for the draft next year. Lathan Ransom will be a day 3 pick at safety. Josh Proctor or Cam Martinez might get drafted too.

It is not a perfect list and is subject to change of course.  It will be interesting what Ohio State looks like, I am not sold on that QB obviously and that OL is going to be way different.  Jackson has potential sure but I need to see more of him and without those OTs and a new center it could be a struggle.  That offense might not be near as dominated as it has been but who knows Day is a pro coach in college and always seems to do well.

Burke I have never been amazed by but we will see what he is like next year, Ransom even less but he at least has some range at safety.  One game I watched Ransom was pretty bad but again has versatility and good coverage potential as a safety.  Honestly that defensive unit kind of did so so last year I thought.

Tuimoloau might breakout, but honestly all of his production last year was one game against Penn State.  And Sawyer might as well but we will see.  Proctor I thought was in his draft, I will have to make that change and yes maybe he is a 7th rounder possibly but see what other safeties are around.   I think Jean-Baptiste going to Notre Dame might help him a lot and he could be a very solid player, great size for the position.

Devin Leary and KJ Jefferson, two guys who could make that jump and be up there at the top, I'll be watching those guys

Yeah they could rise no question, all depends on how they play next year.  Leary is going into a solid WR situation but that OL is awful, Cox will help it but they really got to improve for Leary to succeed.  Jefferson needs to play more under control and not as wild, I thought he would be better than he was last year.

Super long shot, and has since transferred to the Minnesota Gophers to play basketball, did so April 14th but who knows, was two days after that pro day clip but not sure if he was just helping out at that or what.  Listed at 6-11 338 but not sure that is totally accurate.  The dude has really bulked up though from earlier in his college career as a basketball player on Oregon State.   Apparently wants to be a trainer and that is why he got so big over the past few years and tried out football.  Would be really interesting with his athletic ability and mobility as a tackle, curious if he plays for Minnesota this year or not on the football field.  Has a future there, with basketball not sure there is a future outside of just a big body in college sports.  But if he wants to be a trainer it is all gravy.

Alejandro Villanueva was a 6-11 tackle who was a TE at Army and turned into a very solid pro.  Kendall Randolph currently making the switch while in college but could be a UDFA this year, was not great at OL from the move off TE.  Nate Wozniak was a 6-10 TE at Minnesota, was on practice squads for a few years in the NFL but never turned into anything or stuck around.  JJ Nwigwe on BYU I thought had potential to switch to OT in college and never did, Ian Bunting I thought maybe but has never made that switch.  JJ Pegues has switched currently to DT at Ole Miss and is doing well, had potential as a OT I thought with his athletic ability as well.  Grant Carrigan was a huge TE on Pitt but did get hurt a ton, Jeremy Liggins switched to OT from TE at Ole Miss in college but it never stuck.  Michael Williams on Alabama I thought could have been a OT as a jumbo TE but never did it, Greg Boone is another on Virginia Tech who was an agile big guy but never switched.  Robert Johnson I loved as a jumbo TE but he never made that switch and never really stuck at TE either in the NFL.  Daniel Coats I thought maybe on BYU but was a ok TE in the NFL and Aaron Golliday on Nebraska was a jumbo TE but never a OT attempt.  The all time guy was Jason Peters, loved him as a jumbo TE for Arkansas and was a great athlete at the position, was a UDFA and now is probably a Hall of Famer at OT.

Nick Jackson Iowa RS SR ILB: Dude could have a standout season, awesome player on Virginia, so tough and fast at ILB, should start instantly I would think and do great with that solid defense.  Is a deep ILB group though but he will be right with the best of them.

Benjamin Yurosek Stanford SR TE: We will see if he has another fine season, Stanford sure did lose a ton of talent on the OL in the portal and will have another new QB.  See how Yurosek does with that.

Zakhari Franklin UTSA RS SR WR:  Should have a great season and I would not be surprised if he is a 2nd or 3rd round pick.  Smooth route runner with great ball skills.

Arik Gilbert Nebraska RS JR TE:  He should have a dominating season, awesome athlete but we will see if he can put it all together at TE, should be a monster weapon if he can stay on the field.

Isaiah Davis South Dakota State RS SR RB:  Awesome athlete at running back, big strong kid who has breakaway speed.  New coach for the program though and they did lose some talent but should have another fine season and is a big time back talent wise.

Ruke Orhorhoro Clemson SR DT:  Awesome athlete and with returning for another season he should have a breakout year.  Big strong kid who can hold his own inside, is better potentially than his teammate Davis I feel.

Zion Nelson Miami FL SR OT:  Has been around forever it seems, talented kid but will have another chance to live up to that hype, has been hurt on and off and needs to stay healthy.

Lawrence Arnold Kansas RS JR WR:   Love him as a route runner, and has toughness as well.  Is part of a super promising Kansas offense with a lot of returning weapons at QB, RB, WR and TE.

Jaheim Bell Florida State SR TE:  Very athletic TE who has shown potential, we will see if he can finally put it all together.  Is a legit power RB when needed as well, but on FSU he should be a very dangerous pass catcher with the talent they have.

Bru McCoy Tennessee RS SR WR:  Could be the man on that Tennessee offense, big time athlete, we will see if he can handle being #1.   Really benefits from having Milton back at QB, he has a cannon arm and is very experienced.

Jarvis Brownlee Jr Louisville RS JR CB:  Dude has elite level talent, we will see if he can put it all together, has been decent but has more potential and ability than what he has shown.

Darian Varner Wisconsin RS JR DE/OLB:  Dude could be a monster on the edge if they use him right, so slippery as a pass rusher, could have a real dominating year and honestly he already should be the most freaker pass rusher on that team.  We will see if he does well though at a higher level, might be best as a 4/3 DL who can move around, not sure he is a 3/4 OLB but we will see.

My ideal LT is like 6'4" with super long arms.  Not tall enough to let guys get under him, but long enough to keep guys off him.  I have doubts that anyone 6'11" has the bend to survive a good bullrush.

Orlando Brown Jr, Jordan Mailata, Mike McGlinchey, Kolton Miller,  Trent Brown, Rob Havenstein, Daniel Faalele etc are all 6-8 or above and some are 380ish.  Mekhi Becton is up there as well, Taylor Lewan was 6-7 and so was Andrew Whitworth, Brian O'Neill, Walker Little, Evan Neal, Trevor Penning, sure not all are LTs but some of them are and do just fine.   More big guys coming in 6-7+ with Dawand Jones, Blake Freeland along with Dalton Wagner then some long shots in Alfred Edwards, Jazston Turnetine, Kadeem Telfort and Ryan Swoboda.

Honestly the only really great OTs recently that are 6-4 is Rashawn Slater and David Bakhtiari.  Jedrick Wills was pretty promising but has not played as good as I thought the last few years.  Sure super tall guys might not always workout but 6-5 to 6-8 ish is more than ideal because long arms usually come with it.  Jason Peters types do not come around all that much and he had such athletic ability and power, super rare.

Isaiah Wynn for example I never liked and always thought he was way overrated being picked that high, and not sure he has been all that great to be honest with you in the NFL, and he is so damn short at 6-2.

The bold gets to the point i was making.  Usually taller guys have longer arms which is extremely important.  But too tall and being able to bend down low enough is compromised which is equally important.

There just aren't a ton of guys under 6'4" who meet the length necessary.  And there aren't a ton of guys over 6'7" who can bend enough to get low.

I'm not sure I love Drake May as much as most. I see inconsistency. This year will be key for him to put it together. Definitely sold on Caleb Williams though unless he absolutely tanks.

True but Drake Maye has extremely good mechanics in the pocket for a RS FR and had an amazing year for a player so young.  Also has great size and athletic ability for the position as well.  We will see what he does this year with different weapons around him no question and arguably less talent around him and ten times the expectations.

He could fall a bit but not sure Penix will overtake him or Rattler but I guess it could happen.  Hard to see Penix playing any better than he did last year but Rattler I think could do a little better, he was on fire late in the season and played great.
