vike daddy
Kirk Cousins won’t play in the preseason, but the Falcons quarterback will be ready for the regular season. Cousins, who is returning from a torn Achilles on Oct. 29, said during the team’s preseason opener that he will be good to go against Pittsburgh. Cousins: “I’ll be ready to go Week 1. I’ve been going full speed now for all of camp, just getting better every week.” https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/kirk-cousins-ready-for-season-opener

SteelKing728
I knew something looked off with Cousins. How dumb to try and change his mechanics at this point in his career.
SemperFeist
If this is because of how the Atlanta OC wants things done, then it’s Kirk’s fault not to override him. At 36, and 13 year vet, Cousins should know what works best for him, and he shouldn’t be changing it.

He can't plant and drive off his right leg yet which is why his throws didn't have enough velocity & also why they weren't running any play action boot as he can't execute it yet. VikeManDan
Kinda sounds like he shouldn't be playing then.

vikesfan89
Is it not fully healed or does he just not trust it yet?
