Kiwibrown
Qbs are becoming harder to rank. Brady is the consensus GOAT. For a while a lot people considered Manning no.1 or a close 2nd to Brady. Before either there was Montana who dominated the 80s with Walsh. Imo Montana doesn't get the recognition he deserves as one of the greatest. Now we have Mahomes who is in the superbowl on a down year.

Then pretty comfortable margin followed by Montana. Then a pretty comfortable margin then Peyton Then SMALL gap then Mahomes. If Mahomes wins another this year, I think he jumps ahead of Peyton and then you can start a legit argument between HE and Montana for #2. BUT This is your QB Mount Rushmore ATM.
AFlaccoSeagulls
I think Mahomes has actually breached the Montana place and moved him to #3 and Manning to #4. Mahomes is just insanely good and he's doing it with Tyreek Hill, without Tyreek Hill, with an elite Travis Kelce and without an elite Travis Kelce. It's just insane, honestly.
Tank4Drake
Montana at 2, Manning at 3, and Mahomes at 4. Mahomes has a while before he passes either guy tbh. Although certainly has the potential to pass both.
nagahide13
Montana 2, Mahomes 3, Manning 4. Mahomes has Peyton beat in pretty much every category except career bulk stats. He's a better passer and a FAR better runner. He has the magic. Peyton was probably the best QB ever that didn't have the magic. Marino was probably the second best muggle. A league MVP is the best career award in football imo

I'd rather celebrate a playoff win then a MVP award ceremony. I actually thought about bumping it up after I saw how far Manning was behind, but I just couldn't justify it. Also something to note here If you have weapons, great D, great coach, great organization; You're at -4 to start the season. An MVP and 1 done in playoffs = -2 for the season. It's a tuff formula just to be above zero.

Soko
Greatest? Montana, Manning, Mahomes. Best? I’d probably reverse it. So it depends what the thread is asking. Question is greatest, but then first voting category says best. EDIT: I’d entertain Mahomes as greater than Peyton, that’s not set in stone. Really none of it is, they’re all greats. It's a goal that requires a heavy contribution from 52 other guys on the roster, an entire coaching staff, and can be undone by one mistake you have absolutely nothing to do with. If Vinatieri misses against the Rams and Panthers, or if James White fumbles on the goalline against the falcons in OT, is Brady a worse QB?
